Portraits start at $200. Price quotes will specifically reflect the complexity
of each house and the illustrated elements.
Customizing
A simple text change, for example altering the house’s street address to “Thank You”, is a $25 art fee. A price quote for more complex customizing will be provided.
Printing
Fold-over cards, blank inside are $2 each (includes envelopes)
Fold-over cards, printed inside are $2.50 each (includes envelopes)
Postcards, printed both sides are $1.25 each
10x12 inch prints are $12 each
Photos
If you live in the Long Beach, CA area, photos are included with the price
quote. If you live in the Los Angeles or Orange County areas, there is a
nominal charge for photos. If you live outside the Southern California area,
detailed guidelines for taking the photos will be provided.
